Placing Orders

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided during checkout. You will also receive an email from our automated system every time the status of your order changes, to include a shipment email which will normally include tracking information. Periodically, customer support will update the notes on an order, which will be available for viewing through your account, using the order number.
When placing an order, please allow 3-5 business days for items to ship. Freight orders often require additional time for shipping than orders that ship via standard shipping. Every effort is made to accurately estimate the time-to-ship in item descriptions. However, for specific questions regarding delivery timeline for an item, please contact cjustom service at orders@examplestore.com.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order as long as it has not yet been processed, which is indicated by the status "Awaiting Fulfillment". When an order status is changed to "Awaiting Shipment", the order is in the final stages of processing and packaging, and can no longer be cancelled.
